Free Postal Entry Route

You never have to pay to take part in a MotorWin competition. Every prize draw can be entered free of charge by post, and a free postal entry has exactly the same chance of winning as an entry bought online.

MotorWin competitions are promoted and operated by Defined Media Ltd ("the Promoter"). In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Defined Media Ltd.

To enter a competition for free by post, please follow all of the steps below.

1. Write your entry on a single, unenclosed postcard (please don't put it inside an envelope) and post it to us at:

   Defined Media Ltd, 93a Rivington Street, London, England, EC2A 3AY

2. Make sure the postcard clearly shows:

   • your full name;
   • your home address;
   • a contact phone number and email address;
   • the name of the competition you want to enter.

3. Any entry that is incomplete, unclear or unreadable will not be accepted.

4. You may submit as many free postal entries to a competition as you wish, up to any per-person limit we set for that draw — but each entry must be sent separately on its own postcard. Multiple entries posted together in a single item will be treated as one entry only.

5. By entering, you confirm that you are eligible to take part and that you accept these terms together with the competition's full terms and conditions.

6. Your postcard must reach us before the competition's closing date to go into that draw. Entries arriving after the closing date will not be entered. If your postal entry reaches us within 72 hours after the closing date, we will add credit to your account equal to the online entry price for that draw, which you can then use to enter another draw of your choice online.

7. For each valid postal entry we receive, we will email you to confirm your ticket number(s).

8. You must have a registered MotorWin account for a postal entry to be processed, and the details on your postcard must match the details held on that account so we can send your order confirmation and ticket number. Postcards that do not match a registered account — or accounts that have no address saved — cannot be processed, so please add an address to your account before entering.
